once you contact me to purchase a commission, we will discuss the piece and the price

once i figure out what you want i will give you the set price of the commission

i will then ask questions to figure out posing, expression, environment, etc. for my future reference

this is the line of commissions i have in front of yours, it is the time you will wait for me to begin working on your commission

you have until this time to back out of the commission process as no work has been done yet

i will ask for 50% of payment after the initial sketch is approved

once i begin the commission, the wait time will range from 1-4 weeks on average depending on the piece

the initial sketch will be sent for approval within the first week, this is when you can make major changes in pose and expression

after that, updates depend on the type of commission with more complex comms requiring more stages of approval and simpler comms requiring less

you may request updates at any time

during the commission process, you only have 24 hrs to respond to any of my messages regarding the piece as i need to keep up workflow to move on to other comms, emergency situations excluded

once completed, i will send a heavily watermarked version for final approval, where you may request any changes to the final piece

this back-and-forth will continue until you are satisfied, then i will ask for the other 50% of payment

one received i will send the final piece with a smaller, less noticable watermark for you to keep

50% of payment is required at the start of commission, after the initial sketch

50% is required before the final product is sent

i can hold or do payment plans for the second half of payment but the first half is required before i progress past the sketch and any delay may result in your commission being pushed back on the waitlist

once we confirm your preferred payment method, ill send my information for that specific site directly to you

i do not always purchase a core subscription on deviantart, so this form of payment is not always available, be sure to confirm with me that is is available if you intend to pay this way

the initial 50% deposit is only refundable if i back out of the commission for any reason, once i put in work towards your commission you can no longer be refunded the deposit

the final 50% is never refundable as it is only received upon completion of the commission meaning you have received your purchase and i have completed my work

if there are special circumstances regarding finances that may lead for you to request a refund, i am open to discussion however no refunds are guarenteed

if you purchase nsfw or suggestive works, you acknowledge you are an adult (18 or older) purchasing adult art from another adult, if i find out you are a minor requesting these services you will be blocked, you commission will be cancelled, and i will not be giving out any refunds

leave my watermark on all pieces, i can move it to another spot if requested but it will usually be towards the center of the piece to avoid having it cropped out

do not feed my art into AI for any reason ever

you may regift, resell, or retrade anything purchased from me, but do not sell it for more than the purchase price unless extra things go with it

do not sell my art directly for profit, using it as promotional material (free posters, flyers, banners, thumbnails, etc.) is fine, just credit me somewhere

you can edit or color in my comms as long as i am credited for my contributions to the piece
